Orders are dispatched promptly and usually take 2-3 working days (Subject to stock availability) Your order it's checked vigorously throughout the packing and with 100% of our bird feed and suet products been made on our premises daily, you're sure to receive the freshest possible wild bird food.

Orders above £40.00 are FREE DELIVERY. No weight limits, just FREE.
Orders below £39.99 will incur our NEW smaller delivery charge of just £4.99 per order. No weight limits, just one small charge of £4.99
PLEASE NOTE: During exceptional circumstances or weather conditions both standard and guaranteed delivery services may be suspended and in this case no late delivery claim will be entered into.
Delivery times
Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 8am – 6pm.
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders for the next working day must be on our system by 9am on the day of dispatch (next working day delivery is available Monday – Friday.
You will be shown a list of available delivery options and prices during the checkout process. All orders placed after the cut-off time of 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday this would then be Tuesday.
Upon your order being dispatched you will then be emailed a tracking number so you are aware that your goods are on there way to you.
Our Chosen Delivery Partner is DPD. Please provide an email and mobile phone number upon ordering to take advantage of DPD full tracking service.
Non- Delivery
All claims for shortages and/or non- delivery must be made by either telephone, email, or live chat within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise, claims cannot be entered into. We will do our utmost to resolve any such situations speedily, efficiently, and amicably.

Returns will be accepted for up to 7 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number. Please inform us via email or phone before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely and securely wrapped, undamaged with minimal use of product e.g. seed mix 20kg purchased, no less than 1kg used. Item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
